- Start with a basic search using only one name, generally a surname.
- If you get too many results add an initial or another name.
- Try reversing the order of names or separating your names with the
words 'and' or 'or'. For example, using 'Andrew and Smith' will return
all names containing both 'Andrew' and 'Smith'. Searching for
'Andrew or Smith' will return all names containing either 'Andrew' or
'Smith'
- Using "Wildcard Searching" (where the box below is ticked) means
that if you enter 'Joh" the results will include all names where 'Joh'
can be any part of the name. ie John, Johnson, Johnston... If you
untick the Wildcard Searching a search for 'Joh' will look specifically for the name 'Joh'.
