Welcome to the website of the Centre for Excellence and Innovation in Infrastructure Delivery (CEIID).
The Centre is a virtual centre established in mid 2007 as part of the State Government’s commitment to public sector procurement reform within the infrastructure area.
CEIID aims to deliver more government capital works projects on time and on budget. Its key objectives are:
- Establish practices that will assist in and promote formal collaboration between works agencies on infrastructure issues. This includes strategic asset management, project planning, design, construction, and facilities management; and
- Enhance knowledge sharing, developing best practice, driving innovation, and a more consistent approach across works agencies’ systems, processes, standards and management practices.
