The ICT Services CUA has commenced and replaces the SPIRIT Framework.
The ICT Services CUA covers all forms of ICT Services except those covered by the Telecoms CUA and those included as part of a hardware or software procurement.
The ICT Services CUA is an integrated Information and Communications Technology (ICT) common use arrangement that is mandatory for all Western Australian government buyers in the metropolitan region. It provides standardised processes and supporting templates through which government agencies can procure ICT services from a market of known suppliers pre-qualified for one or more services.
