Am I eligible for exemption if a disabled relative occupies my property?

You can apply for this exemption if:

A disabled person uses the property as their primary residence;
You are a parent, grandparent or sibling of the person with the disability;

For the exemption to apply you must lodge an Application for Exemption Form 26A.
