Treasurer Troy Buswell has endorsed the continuation of the Shared Services Reform Program.

Shared Services

Shared Services is a business unit of the Department of Treasury and Finance. Shared Services provides a range of corporate services to government agencies in line with reforms identified in the State’s Review into the Effective Delivery of Government Priorities carried out in 2002.

The services we provide to government agencies under a whole of government approach include human resources, financial services and online solutions. Underpinning the supply of these services are the principles of aggregation, standardisation, simplification and automation.

Another key ingredient in the work we perform for our client agencies is the provision of extensive and ongoing support throughout the transition process to shared services.

Our team of dedicated professionals is committed to the highest standards of customer service and continuous improvement. More than 90 agencies are due to be rolled in to shared services over the lifetime of the reform programs resulting in more cost effective outcomes and greater efficiencies.
