TIMS Help Desk

The TIMS Help Desk is available on 9262 1344 during normal business hours and should be used to assist with technical (or non-accounting) queries such as access problems, locked agency (entity), locked adjustments or general TIMS functionality enquiries.

The TIMS Helpdesk will also be available on weekends when the TIMS system has been made available (normally during the budget process).
